G.F.C. is looking for players!

Do you lie awake at night wondering about the physics of that Roberto Carlos free kick? Ever debated the metaphysical relationship between Zidane and the ball with your mates? Have you ever owned or seriously considered getting a poster of Matt Le Tissier? Do you live in Vancouver and yearn to play soccerball?

Then we want you!

Vancouver's 27th (estimated) most illustrious amateur side is looking for skilled and committed players for the upcoming Fall-Winter season which runs September to March-ish. We've got two teams competing in the VMSL's 2nd and 'CAT' Divisions respectively. We've begun our pre-season training and are currently holding open try-outs. So whether you're wanting to get back into organized, competitive soccer, would like to join a new club, make new friends or are new to the city and are trying to find your way then drop us a line.

In all seriousness, we're a decent side that play at a pretty good standard, so let us know a bit about yourself and your playing career thusfar and we'll get you out for a trial.
