We play our home games at the majestic Andy Livingstone Park which is nestled right in between False Creek, Gastown, Chinatown and in the shadow of BC Place. The newly renovated stadium with the billion dollar roof is of course home to our noisy neighbours: Vancouver Whitecaps FC of the MLS. While the top tier of football in Canada and the United States isn't always pretty to watch, local photographer Fahim Kassam is doing his best to make the Whitecaps easy on the eye. A loyal supporter of the Blue & White, Kassam runs the beautifully simple Whitecaps F.C. Blog which is an unofficial ode to the team as seen through his lens from his spot in the stands. With a nice soft light and a focus on the more subtle details of the matchday experience, Kassam offers a nice independent and more artistic viewpoint of the 'Caps at their home matches. Supplemented with relevant team info and player portfolios and portraits, the blog is a refreshing change from traditional corporate media.
